Recipes and History Toolbox Workshop

This Toolbox Workshop at the Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor will be on Recipes and History. Dr. Martha Pallante, Associate Dean of CLASS and Professor of History at Youngstown State University will be leading a talk on how recipes can be a useful tool in historical research. Learn about how this aspect of material culture can assist in your personal research or in your museum’s exhibits and displays.
